Thank you for visiting and shopping at Galloperly. The following are the terms and conditions that formulate our Shipping Policy.

 

Shipment Processing Time

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a couple of days. Therefore, please allow additional days in transit for delivery. In rare cases, if there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Worldwide 4–16 Business Days

Delivery delays can occasionally occur (natural disasters, pandemics, situations out of our control). 

Each piece is carefully customized, so production and processing may take up to 8 business days before shipping.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

A tracking number will be added to your order details as soon as they are available. You will be notified via email so that you can keep track of the delivery status every step of the way.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Galloperly is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs, taxes, or return to the sender, we will refund the cost of the product and retain the shipping charges. 

Damages

If you receive damaged merchandise, please take a picture and email us the picture at support@galloperly.com right away. We will only replace damaged goods within 48 hours of receiving your order.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

Returned to Sender & Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, failure to pick up the package, or failure to accept delivery, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping costs and part of the production and handling fees.

This is because each Galloperly piece is personalized and made specifically for you.

To initiate the refund process, the customer must contact our support team.

Alternatively, where possible and at our discretion, we may offer the option to reship the order after confirming a valid delivery address. Additional shipping fees may apply.
